The members of the IRELS network awarded at the CIJ awards
A wide-ranging end of 2018 for the IRELS network launched a few months ago by Laurent Sabatucci, Chair of EOL, with two of the network's partners, Axi Immo in Poland and 108 Agency in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, winning awards at the prestigious CIJ Awards evenings for companies that have distinguished themselves by their dynamism and know-how in the real estate market.
Axi Immo and 108 Agency received the award for the best broker of the year in their respective countries. The 2 founding managers also received personal awards for their leadership. The IRELS network of 18 offices in Europe is due to be expanded soon with the arrival of new partners, in particular in Switzerland.
The founders of the IRELS network will hold their first convention at the start of January in Paris to define the development strategy for the coming years with the ambition of becoming the only international network specialized in logistic real estate. The Group wants to provide a global real estate solution while offering short decision-making circuits with a single entry point for the customer.
Initial reports are very encouraging as several real estate projects for major customers are currently being discussed between the partners.

EOL expands the IRELS network and accelerates its international development
In 2017, to support future growth, EOL launched an international real estate logistics offer responding to the requirements of its clients who conduct logistics projects beyond our national frontiers. The IRELS network (International Real Estate Logistics Solutions) was established in consequence, further to an initial partnership with the Spanish operator Invertica.
Four new partners, all major players in their respective countries, have recently joined the IRELS network: LOGIVEST in Germany, the 108 AGENCY in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (108 Agency Czech Republic and 108 Agency Slovakia), and the company AXI IMMO in Poland. IRELS now has 18 offices and 200 experts for the support of its clients in all their Real Estate logistics projects (whether for the identification of existing buildings or built to suit project, land search for development, Capital market, etc.).
Discussions in progress with a number of countries have reached a highly advanced stage, and are expected, in the short term, to develop the network with new professionals from Logistics real estate sector who share the same philosophy as existing members, and who observe the same values. Early successes, together with initial feedback from clients, have been highly encouraging.
Laurent Sabatucci has clarified his ambitions as follows: “The aim of IRELS is to become the leading international network of specialists in property logistics”.

Strong partnership : Logivest becomes a new member of the international consulting network IRELS
Logivest joins forces with the Spanish logistics properties agency Invertica Real Estate Solutions and the French counterpart EOL Real Estate to form the globally operating consulting network IRELS (International Real Estate Logistics Solutions). The aim of the partnership is to support users and owners of logistics properties cross-border with letting, new construction or transaction. The kickoff for the participation of Logivest has taken place at the MiPim 2018. The expansion of the network with further international partners is already in planning.
As of now, Logivest offers optimized consulting services to international companies, demanding logistics spaces in Germany and abroad. Through the cooperation with leading global and independent logistics real estate agencies, Logivest expands its portfolio of available logistics sites within these regions. Invertica (Spain) and EOL (France) are among the members of the newly established consulting network.

EOL and Invertica together create IRELS, the international network dedicated to logistics and industry
As part of the internationalisation of logistics networks, EOL joins its Spanish counterpart Invertica to create IRELS, presented as "the first international network of real estate specialists for logistics and industry". IRELS (International Real Estate Logistics Solutions) should eventually include around ten countries and will offer customers, users, distributors and logisticians a single point of contact regardless of the target country.
"Our mutual experience in our respective areas has led us to the natural realisation that this new network of experts is a necessity. Our major accounts wish to be accompanied in their search for real estate solutions for all their national and international needs, especially since the structural change in supply chain models involving the introduction of new channels of distribution and decision-making, as well as the general evolution of our lifestyles and our work, support the demand for both multi-site and multi-country warehouses," commented Laurent Sabatucci, President of EOL, and François-Xavier Lancel, Founder of Invertica.
The IRELS network is to be made up of independent companies united around a common project: offering a European "made-to-measure" solution based on local knowledge and that is close to the customer, the market and its growth. This approach will be based on a specific digital platform dedicated to international logistics. At its launch, the network already has 66 employees, with 5 offices in France and 2 in Spain.
