Global Reach Logistics (GRL), Third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has leased an 11,680 sqm warehouse space in the distribution centre Prologis Park Poznań. The business venture is a transaction in cooperation of AXI IMMO and the Czech consulting company 108 AGENCY, which run joint projects within IRELS, an organisation of International specialists in the logistics real estate sector. The involvement of both entities has enabled them to represent the client’s interests in both the Polish and Czech warehouse markets.

The Polish industrial market remains in great form. The sector is still attractive in the eyes of investors, and the boom in the e-commerce industry continues to fuel occupier demand. Part of the Glamox Group, ES-SYSTEM, a producer and supplier of professional lighting systems, decide to let nearly 11,500 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the 7R Park Poznań East logistics centre. The tenant was represented in the negotiation process by AXI IMMO consultants.
In the commercial real estate market, there is currently a shortage of industrial and logistics premises, as well as land suitable for their construction. This is mainly due to growing demand, and the fact that local governments aren’t motivated by tax benefits to construct them.
